Play Game[UPDATED] Announcement regarding certain game system restrictions for new accounts

Hello,
imcGAMES here.
In order to prevent payment fraud-related issues from affecting the game, we have adopted a trade restriction policy for new accounts.
This means that players who fall under the following categories will have certain restrictions placed on their accounts.
1. Who
- Players with Families less than one week(7 days) old (will be able to trade from day 8 after Family creation)
- Players with Families under Family Level 1012 (will be able to trade from Family Level 1012)
- Will affect all accounts created after November 15th, 2017
2. Types of restrictions
- Will not be able to trade (using the market, dropping items, personal trading, personal shops)
- Will not be able to enhance items
- Will not be able to enchant items
- Will not be able to apply sockets to items
We humbly ask for your understanding in that there is no method of removing these measures prematurely before you match the above-mentioned criteria as these measures are being implemented in order to combat fraud.

Nguyễn Thiên Ân If you want to prevent fraud issue why not just restrict to the new account that buy founder pack or top-up or let them received there founder pack and top-up after they reach the requirement? restrict like this mean "No more new player". Who can continue to play when they can't enchant, can't enhance for the whole week? they can't even do the easy quest with the +0, clean cres equip. November 16 at 10:50PM

Aiki Mitsuya It affected accounts that were created BEFORE Nov 15 as well. My friend's account was created on the around the 13th but now he can't trade. November 18 at 11:11AM
