Test your ping to the GE EU(Jilberto) server by the following instruction:
1) Go to cloudping.info. [Link: www.cloudping.info/]
2) Click the “HTTP Ping” button under the list of server regions.
3) Check your network’s response time to the “Europe (Frankfurt)” server.

John Andrew C. Cruz Why close the old EU server then launch a brand new EU server? It doesn't make any sense lol and you guys don't offer any migration or special packages to existing EU players.
